My first review was rejected due to “community standards”. I will try and be more civil - but also necessary to be clear. The experience was abysmal and felt violated financially by Cosgrove and the surgeon. Neither informed about the fact the no in network insurance. Talked to BCBS and they agreed business practices are despicable. Find it amazing that absurd price is not something that can be mentored in complaint...
