I saw this man as a 12-year-old. When I told him my father had assaulted me, he responded by asking me if there was anything I wanted to know about sex. If I cried, he'd tell me he saw children in the hospital who cried less and I should greet him with a smile like they did. He seemed never to have eaten before my appointment and would ask me if I wanted to go to the building's cafeteria. When I said I wasn't hungry, he would insist and say that if we didn't, he wouldn't pay attention to me anyway. I knew he wouldn't have tried this with an adult. It's horrifying to think that he ever treated anyone, much less still does. Zero stars wasn't an option.
