Today was the appointment after the colonoscopy and endoscopy, Dr Finlaw was very polite friendly, attentive, caring, thorough, informative as he is every time! If you are looking for a fantastic gut doctor, choose Dr Finlaw! So glad I did years ago! I've been seeing him now for almost 20 years!

I am so upset with how you're office staff treated me I was scheduled for an appointment and was sent a confirmation from my insurance company Humana HMO your office schedule the appointment the day of my appointment they cancelled it saying they no longer take HMO I had an emergency stat ultrasound of my gallbladder that shows gallstones I had been in severe pain. I was to be seen by you for colonoscopy only to be turned away last minute. also was given a very hard time from the staff. 12 years

Just completed another colonoscopy/endoscopy without any issues other than the proverbial preparation process (ugh).....Dr. Finlaw, accompanying surgery room staff and nurses were all very nice and professional.. Dr. Finlaw's nurse Lisa, has always been available for assistance as well.
