Dr. Robert Freed, MD

I saw him a couple of months ago in his office, and needed a follow up appointment. He is very unavailable and made it very difficult to even talk to him. As a practicing doctor, He should have a responsibility to be more concerned about his patients and interested in following up with them, not hide behind his secretary. Not very ethical! It’s time to mane retire...

Dr Freed has taken great care of me for 22 years now and keeps me going well on Remicade ! Thank you

Rip off. The front desk/ manager will try to make money for filling in paperwork and will not help a patient without pay.. meanwhile they’re asking double pay.. this is what you would call a banker with interest instead of a doctor.

Honestly I’ve been to a very we’ll known Rheumatologist and I must say Dr Freed is by far one of the best! I battled for 3-4 years with a big pharma Rheumatologist regarding my treatment. She was a pill with fix and prevent everything kind of Doctor. Dr Freed literally Freed me of my distrust of most Doctors. He listened and was really about symptoms rather than blood work! Refreshing to say the least. This is what I have searched for all along. He is a must see if you have had similar. JH

I’ve really had no problem with Dr. Freed. I was leery of going after the dismal reviews, but he was very nice and educated me on my problem and concerns. I’ve never waited long in the lobby and had gotten my follow-up appointments easy. I would agree about not really agreeing with my suggestions or thoughts on what I want to check into, but if I wanted x-rays to prove or disprove my concerns he accommodated. Same with blood work. I’ve continued to see him, though my insurance has little choices

I DO NOT Recommend. Terrible doctor. Trying to push meds without knowing what is wrong with me. Keep telling me my problems are the headaches which I explain to him they are actually related to my menstrual cycle, and totally ignoring my concerns. Refused to diagnose me, because I refused to take antidepressants.

He is not a caring doctor who seems to dismiss people's issues and take the easy way out. I will never visit this office again. I will say that his staff is very nice.

After having been diagnosed 15 years ago with arthritis, Dr. Freed felt at my mom's latest visit that her problem is not arthritis. Although on a previous visit, he suggested a treatment specifically for arthritis. Other treatments my mom asks him about don't seem to interest him as a possible solution.
