The Best!
Dr. Gallo has been my OB/GYN for many years. He is a wonderful doctor and I trust him completely. He could teach other doctors how to have a great bedside manner. I truly wish he was my "everything" doctor.

My wife has been a patient of Dr. Gallo for many years. We cannot say enough good things about him. He is a great doctor with a great beside manner. However, as others have indicated, his front desk staff is horrendous. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but this has been consistent inept behavior by his front desk staff. From our perspective, Dr. Gallo is such a good doctor it is worth dealing with the rudeness but patients can only take so much.

it is a shame that Dr Gallo is losing a patient because the front desk staff has zero manners. I work behind a desk & I know customer service. I know everyone has bad days & customer service isn't for everyone. but the front desk is absolutely one of the worst I seen since they transitioned over to kinderkamack. they are rude, leave you on hold far to long, have the poorest attitude every single time I call. there is no way that I would recommend anyone here because of the front desks staff.

WARNING!!!!! If Dr Gallo does not replace his front desk staff he will be losing all his current patients and not getting any new ones. I've never experienced such a horrendous time trying to make an appointment. I'm 12 weeks pregnant about to be 13 weeks and I've seen another doctor. I was told I couldn't transfer my records over. After asking to speak to someone in a higher position or reasoning behind this I was CURSED AT AND CLICKED ON ! STAY AWAY TRUST ME.

My wife was a patient of Dr. Gallo for 10 years and when her insurance changed she had to change. She saw that he was back on her insurance and since we were expecting. She made an appt. Monday morning because she was bleeding. They confirmed and we showed up only to be told that they are not accepting new patients over 3 yrs. They called us 15 min. prior instead of right away. The staff did not help with a medical emergency nor did they care. Our issue is not with the Dr. but the staff.

My wife had been a patient of Dr. Gallo's for 10 years, when her insurance changed, she was forced to change to another Doctor. She saw that Dr. Gallo was back on her insurance and we learned that we were expecting, my wife began bleeding and it was a medical emergency. She called first thing and scheduled an appt. and upon showing up the office manager refused to assist us because it has been longer than 3 years since her last visit. Refusing a medical emergency doesn't sit well with me.

The Secretary was rude an very passive aggressive. She told me that I didn't have an appt for the day I showed up and I told her, "yes I do" and she gave me an attitude. Thank god I kept my appt card. Dr. Gallo is good but his secretary that greets tends to have an attitude; its not the first time she has had an attitude with me or others. Really unnecessary...

Dr. Gallo was so supportive during my entire pregnancy. And he didn't give up on me during along labor when most OBs would have forced me into a C section. Can't say enough nice things about him and would never want anyone else to deliver my babies.
