Cardiologist
Very knowledgeable about cardiology, and the electrophysiology of the heart. Very professional. He has called me to set up appointment’s and give me results. Very personable doctor of the very best qualities.

Uncaring Cardiologist
Dr. Garr couldn't get rid of me quick enough. His most popular gesture is the shoulder shrug. He couldn't offer a single explanation for my heart attack. We spent my follow up visit with him talking about the pace maker he would be placing in his next patient. What an expensive and useless visit.

Dr Garr is one of the worse Doctor's we have encountered,,He does not follow up with patient's, does not seem knowledgeable in his profession as a cardiologist,,his exams rarely last 10 minutes, very poor examinations,, does not go over medication,,His bedside manner is horrible,,I would never recommend to any one, nor is my father ever returning to him,,
