I recently had MOHs Micrographic surgery with Dr. Guardiano. Dr. Guardiano and his staff are very professional while also being very caring and concerned for my health and comfort during and after my surgery. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs surgery for skin cancer.

Dr.Guardiano and his team are Fantastic. Had a procedure earlier this week a right from the check in receptionist to walking out the Door was nothing but very welcoming and relaxing.
Nothing but professionalism from his whole team, I highly recommend Dr.G and his practice for anyone needing a Dermatologist.

Always a professional and friendly staff. I have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for my scheduled appointment. Dr. Guardiano is cordial, professional and thorough in his examination. He explains what he is going to do and why, as well as explaining the procedure. He calls me at home!!! after any procedures to see how I am doing.
This man is first class in my book!

The care I received for a procedure in my ear was outstanding. The communication and care from Dr. Guardiano and the nurses was both very professional and reassuring as to the entire procedure. There was follow-up after the surgery and as before, it was very thorough with concern for me as the patient. The office environment was friendly and attentive to patients. I highly recommend Dr. Guardiano without reservation.

I have been seeing Dr. Guardiano and his staff for over a year now and I could not be happier with the care I have received. Being diagnosed with stage 4 Melanoma was very traumatic. The compassion and care they have giving me has made my experience so much easier to handle.

Have had DR Guardiano treat me for precancerous spots on my head and could not have been more satisfied with his treatments. He was recommended to me from a high school friend and I travel from Connecticut to see him. His complete office staff are absolutely terrific and very professional from the receptionist to the surgical assistants.

I have a history of basal cell carcinoma treated with Mohs surgery. After relocating from NYC to Keene NH a general dermatologist diagnosed basal and squamous cell carcinoma on my scalp I was referred to Dr. Guardiano for Mohs surgery. It took six weeks to have a consultation and another six weeks to schedule surgery. When I arrived for surgery Dr Guardiano was no longer sure where the lesions were and had his assistant shave a large area of my scalp. He was still uncertain so I left.
