I have a problem with recent billing and after dealing with the office "attitude" manager and not able to clear up the problem I would like to know who I speak with above her. Today my husband and I both received form letters discharging us as patients after 4 and a half years. "Refusing to comply to medical advice". It was my bill I was disputing and yet we both get released. 30 day notice and not one signature on the letter. Also there was suppose to be a doctors list in the area, wasn't there
