Dr. Robert Henderson, DO

Everyone from the receptionist all the way through to Dr Jeff is awesome and friendly. I appreciate the friendly smiling faces. Jeff is very knowledgeable with anything I have ever asked and I appreciate that the is straight up with you even if it’s not what you want to hear. I love that I don’t feel the needle when having blood drawn. I would definitely recommend Dr Henderson

He cancels every appointment we make from anything to “scheduling conflicts”, “sickness”, “vacations”. Anything really. Collectively between my husband and I we have been cancelled on 6 times out of the 8 appointments we have made. That is saying something. This time was the last straw. My husband’s inpatient psychiatrist made an appointment on my husband’s behalf for further medication maintenance for suicidal thoughts, depression, etc. Because of his constant cancelling and his refusal to fill my husband’s prescription without an expensive doctor’s appointment (when he cannot even get in to see him), my husband is going through withdrawal. After spending days finding a new PCP, the earliest we could get him in with someone as a new patient was just too late as his prescription lapsed. Now we may end up having a huge hospital bill to send him back to the facility he was at just to get placed back on his meds because Dr. Henderson is too lazy and kept to work.

Jeff is an amazing dr. He is very caring and the staff is great. Dr henderson explains everything in detail when he is talking to you.. My self and both of my kids see him..

I could NOT be happier with Dr. Jeff Henderson and the quality of care he gives me. He listens, he explains, you Never feel rushed with him. I have not had problems with the staff. What I do have problems with is getting my scripts written correctly. Signed. Getting actually faxed. Having the correct date on it so I can get it filled. Getting a call returned. I'm so upset right now I hope I'm not dropped as a patient but dealing with this month after month after month.

Dr. Jeff Henderson is a compassionate doctor and I highly suggest him and his medical expertise to all that need medical attention. He has your best interest at all times. He is our family doctor and his referrals for more serious matters are excellent.

I went to see Dr. Henderson on 3/3/2016. I was having left arm and shoulder pain, he said he would send me for an MRI he also said he couldn't say anything good about my shoulder. I waited a week for his office to call me about an appointment for the MRI he wanted me to have when the call came they only wanted to tell me my blood work was okay, I asked about the MRI she said what MRI. She called and made an appointment for as month away, I had the MRI and have not heard back from anyone!

He is great.Staff has become lazy. They don't return calls & testing not ordered when supposed to be. Can't get urgent appt. w/in a wk. They tell you to go to Rapid Care. There are 1 or 2 that are still nice.. the rest are abrupt, rude & cut you off when ans. ques. they asked. Everyone in too big a hurry. When opened everyone nice & spent time ans. ques. & all other things were excellent too. For complex prob. they were great but now it is horrendous. Spoke w/ Jeff about it but no improvement.
