From the time That I walked in the office I felt welcomed, The people at the front desk, the nurses, everyone wad very friendly. Dr. Hoffman explained everything to me about my sinuses, He told me everything before he did it, I had a cat scan he explained that to me, in my language, he talked to me about surgery and I was ready to get well, the surgery went well and I am getting better Thanks Dr, Hoffman

He is very kind and attentive and explains what’s going on Now has a 90 second CT scan in office to use to diagnose quickly with and you can see the results and go over them with Dr Hoffman

I’ve been seeing Dr. Hoffman for about 6 years. I’m a flight attendant and have trouble with my ears, so I have ear tubes that have saved my career! He is a very nice, knowledgeable Doctor.

Awsome Doctor. Very paciente, he listens to everything you have to say, never in a hurry. Very professional I strongly recommend, as I did already to a friend. I just had spetoplasty surgery and feel great other then the normal drainage that ocurs after surgery. Within a week I was breathing perfect. His nurses are very kind and professional and make you feel comfortable.

Beginning with the initial phone-call to schedule my appointment, I was very pleased with the courtesy shown and every staff member; beginning with Terri, the receptionist who helped me with the computer registration; she was very patient and willing to assist--I can't imagine being so understanding with patient-after-patient who doesn't understand computer(eze)!! Ashton, who conducted the hearing test; also very helpful.

My experience with Dr. Hoffman yesterday was degrading, time consuming and of no benefit. It was truly exhausting and his manner was so complacent and uncaring that I should have left. I was given no pre appointment information so I was blindsided by a hearing test when my issue was an illness. He refused any options to anything and left the room leaving me with no answers to questions. His manner was surprising as I had seen him before and he did not behave with this rude attitude.
