Wouldn't go back
He would not take the time to listen to concerns or explain. He didn't read the questionaire that had to be completed. He appeared to be judgmental. He just wanted to rush you out the door.

Went to him for stomach issues last fall. After the colonoscopy I was told I have Ibs. Called one time saying that my stomach was acting up severely and needed a new prescription and was told "just take Imodium and ginger drops". It's now almost a year later and my stomach is just as screwed up.

I would not recommend this doctor. He was friendly when I had my colonoscopy , but after that, when I had some issues , I just went thru a battery of testing and alot of money. I was never personally addressed and just given medicine that did not help.

Dr. Hower did my most recent colonoscopy, and I was very comfortable with him. However, since then, I developed some serious symptoms, and would like to see him to address. I have called his office number for DAYS, they never pick up, and you can't leave a message. I will likely DIE if I keep trying - it's time to find a doctor who owns an answering machine. It's too bad, I liked him, but he is a waste of time if I want to continue to live.

He is a very nice doctor however while during a visit to his office he took a personal phone call. The same day we were also rushed out of his office and never given the results to a prior test he had ordered. Also didn't read patient history of conditions. Also prescribed a medication that severly interacted with medications that were already being taken.
