Dr Robbie cares about me he’s very nice

I have been a patient at Lifesmiles for many years---through a couple retired dentists. Robby Huot is very skilled and does outstanding work. He is very friendly and personable--a pleasure to be around and easy to talk to. I enjoy visiting with him. The support staff is also skilled, friendly and personable. I have gotten to know several staff members quite well over the years. I recommend Lifesmiles highly.

Dr. Huot and his assistant did a great job, and was done before I knew it. What makes it so enjoyable is they let you listen to music of your choice with headphones. How nice!

Knowledgeable of my dental history and a crown that will need attention in the future. Dr. Huot and Cecil are very good communicators and technicians.

My crown came off which had been on for years. They got me in same day. Dr. Hout had X-rays done to assure the tooth was still sound. He discovered an issue and he thoroughly described the plan and answered all my questions. They replaced the crown. First time meeting Dr. Huot. He was polite, took time to fully answer my questions and referred me to a surgeon for follow up.

This was my first time seeing him and I was impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. He was patient and thorough and paid attention to my concerns.

I had a great experience with Dr. Robbie and his team. I had a tooth extraction and it went smoothly. I am happy with the results!

Was asked if I use prescription toothpaste during cleaning. Really???? Mouth open can’t really talk. Say I’m interested assuming they will write a prescription or give a sample.Then at end of appointment she gives it to me in a bag and rattles off instructions. She doesn’t bring up price or if they will bill my insurance…. Or if I’m responsible to pay and what the cost I would be billed for. Feel very uninformed. Plus if there’s stronger flourish toothpaste what’s the reason it’s prescribed? Also I have like 2 full toothpastes at home from Costco. Thought she was giving me a sample, BUT 2 full size tubes. Every time I go here feels like they want to “sell” me something.

Dr. Huot was the most personable, friendly dentist I’ve ever met. He treated me for a broken tooth and though I’d never met him before after three short visits I am sad he is no longer with my dental office. He seems to genuinely care and was willing to answer all my questions and take time with me. He even fit my crown in before he left on his last day. I’d recommend him to anyone.
