Dr. Iaffanldano is great - the staff is not
I go see Dr. I every 6 months. This time for the first time I have marketplace insurance which has a 9k deductible. Spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to find out what the cash price would be- transferred disconnected, transferred again. Spoke with Dawn twice who disconnected me once and gave me a number that is not accepting calls the second time. When I told her to just cancel the appointment she disconnected me. (after a 10 minute wait on hold.) Take a pass.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Iaffaldano for years. Dr. Iaffaldano is very personable and thorough. He’s also direct. All of the qualities you want in your cardiologist. I feel my healthcare is a partnership between me and each of my doctors. I only partner with the best. The staff at the Merrionette Park Office (formerly the Blue Island Officer) is by far the friendliest. I look forward to seeing them each visit. The Frankfort staff was very nice too. The Orland Park front desk could learn from Merrionette Park.
