Would give zero stars if was an option. .
Dr Robert Ireland is not worth visiting. From the minute he walked in he was rude, annoyed and condescending. Very dismissive about my questions and symptoms. Barely looked at me. He has no place being a healthcare provider. Avoid if at all possible!

I'm so glad I got to see Dr. Ireland in urgent care. He was empathetic and took the time to listen to my issue and properly address it to the best of his abilities as an urgent care doctor. He also was very honest and helped me to get another appointment with a specialist arranged in case the issue reoccurs. Additionally, he was very understanding that health care is heavily backed up now and encouraged me to return to him if necessary. So refreshing.

Rude and rushed
I took my 84 yr old father into the Batavia/Geneva walk in location. Dr. Ireland looked right at me and said what's going on? I explained my father has had a horrible cough for 2 weeks and before I could finish he says what do you want me to do about it and why did you bring him? I can't do anything, he has to wait it out. I then added I was there because he's 84 and if he took the time to look at his chart my father had bronchitis about 2 months ago and a collapsed lung in January. Dr. Ireland then says good point. He said he was fine wrote him a script. He seemed extremely bothered we even came in and was very unprofessional.

We had the worst experience! Don’t waste your time with this dr! He does not care. My daughter has had a long term upper respiratory infection (7 weeks now so something is not right). He told us he is only an urgent care Dr and can only prescribe antibiotics but that it was probably viral. He proceeded to then also dismiss it as long COVID symptoms and he said he would have to refer us to ENT but they very likely would not be able to help her either. This is beyond frustrating - he did not spend any time with us and did not listen and I am going to get my copay back!

Poor Care Provided
I went to urgent care at the Batavia site. Dr. Ireland was the attending physician at the time. His bad side manner is poor and he spent less than two minutes in the room with me. My large toe is black and blue and has been for several months, I thought the toe may have blood under the nail. Dr. Ireland barely looked at the toe and said it was fungal and that I need to see dermatology. As he walked out of the room he told me he would have dermatology call me. He said nothing more to me, however when I read my after visit summary notes Dr. Ireland made it sound like he spent time with me, he even mentioned in the notes that my issue may be cancer, however he never told me that. I’ve called the advocate Dreyer complaint line several times to notify them of the terrible care Dr. Ireland provides, however they’ve never returned my call.

What a horrible experience! I wish I could get my 25 dollar co-pay back!! I went to the Walk-In Care at the Fox Valley Villages HOPING to find a caring doctor for the Candida on my tongue! He said he did not believe in system candida infection and that doctors that did were fringe medicine. My tongue had a full coating of white and green yeast. He did not prescribe and an antifungal, I had to ask. Promised an appt. with ENT who NEVER CALLED. Real caring...
