Such an incredible doctor and wonderful staff. Listens, takes the time to answer questions, orders tests that are necessary, is honest, and has wonderful bedside manner! Would absolutely recommend to everyone!

Dr. Jackson's Front Office staff is always considerate and friendly. The back office staff is super energetic, kind, and funny, they make you feel right at home. Dr. Jackson in a word is "AMAZING" he's kind, understanding, has a good sense of humor and is always 100% professional. Worth the trip is you are having hearing or our the ear issues.

Dr Jackson is one of the better M.D.'s I have had the occasion to visit. Experienced wax build up in ears that my G.P. doctor treated but could not resolve without extreme pain in the ears during treatment. He referred me to Dr. Robert Jackson in Palmdale. Upon arriving there i was pleasantly surprised. Front office staff excellent. Waiting time short. When I saw Dr Jackson he was professional to a fault, pleasant to talk with &, most important, had the experience AND TOOLS, to treat the problem, quickly & PAINLESSLY. I would be remiss if I did not recommend him to treat stubborn earwax buildup. Excellent physician.

When I came into Dr. Jackson's office my condition was so bad that my regular doctor had given up and told me to find a specialist. Within one visit Jackson had reduced my pain to a tolerable level and shortly thereafter I was pain free. Highly recommended.

Dr. Jackson is caring and responsive. When Dr. Jackson comes into the room he has already reviewed your file and is ready for your appointment. He then explains what is going on in terms lay people can understand. He is really great and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

The staff at Dr Jackson’s office was very friendly and efficient during my visits from checking me in to scheduling appointments . Dr Jackson explained everything very thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable and understanding of the information and recommendations he was giving. My first visit was a bit of a wait but second visit I was talking to the Dr within 10 minutes of my appointment time. Realistically sometimes we just have to wait a little longer and that’s understandable. Overall very happy, thank you Dr Jackson and staff!

This doctor is fabulous. Great bedside manner and good sense of humor. He is very thorough and explains everything. His office staff is very friendly and has excellent follow through with anything you need. I would highly recommend this doctor.

Everything went great

My first visit to Dr JACKSON.I thought I was loosing my hearing in my left ear. I new right away by his questions, that he understood my problem. He went to work to fix the reason for what I was there, for, 92 years of wax. He did a wonderful job- I now hear ! Thank you DR, Jackson.
