Just awfuk
My grandmother was brought into Covenant ER by ambulance for extreme weakness which ended in a fall. They did imaging and that was it then discharged her. When we question Dr Johnson why she was being sent home when she was so weak she couldn't stand on her own he threatened us and her with 'he could just send her to a nursing home.' The lack of care was absolutely ridiculous. They also removed her pain patch that she has due to breast cancer which was put on today and was to be there 3 days. When we asked what she was supposed to do about her pain management now they shrugged their shoulders and sent us on our way.

Dr Johnson was amazing with my 10 year old son. He was available to us and was kind, patient, and answered questions. He worked hard to determine how to treat my son and was reassuring to him in the ER.
