Highly Recommend, Dr. Jones will listen to your issues, then explain to you what is going on and possible causes, and then work with you on what tests etc. That needs to be done, Tammy and the office staff are awesome and very efficient

More interested in running his mouth about nonsense politics and swearing the whole time. Tried to double charge medicare for a single visit just to write a couple of prescriptions and the billing people couldn't explain any of the charges. Maybe if you are a healthy man you'll be fine going here, but don't expect him to listen if you are a woman.

Dr Jones and his MA-Tammy are absolutely fantastic. I have a very complicated medical history and Dr Jones and Tammy stepped in and began coordinating a healthcare plan that was and is designed with my disability in mind. They are wonderful with prescribing my maintenance medications and they actually keep me on track for better health. I encourage all to make an appointment with Dr Jones.

I have been going to Dr Jones for at least 10 years. He actually sits and listens to us.

He will listen to your complaint, you can get a message to him, he does respond and you can get something called in if you are sick. That is way better than my last primary dr.

Been going to Dr Jones since I was 7 and I’m 32 now Clearly no complaints. He’s been the most helpful and kind dr throughout the years!

Both visits were uncomfortable and the receptionist was rude. First, this doctor's staff does not answer phones. I had a hard time even getting the first appointment because phone calls were not answered. When I finally got an appointment most of the time was spent with Dr. Jones talking politics, complaining about the medical codes on his tablet and complaining about the person who entered my medical history. My next appointment wasn't much better other than Dr. Jones did finally prescribe a med that helped. I had another appointment scheduled in February. I called from Feb. 1 until the 14 and no one ever answered the phone. My pharmacy has requested refills 3 times and never received a response. It's like he has closed up his practice. Terrible experience and I would not recommend this doctor.

So I was told to come in at 2:15.... My appointment was at 2:45. However after waiting over 2 hours I had to leave.... When I told the doctor he didn't even care or apologize!! In fact the women behind the desk did say she was sorry... but his reply very loudly was "oh it doesn't matter!" What in the world! You don't treat people like this! And I'm out $30 for nothing. Plus wasted a day off. I'll keep looking for a good doctor, they're out there....this just isn't the place.

I wrote the most recent review ,need to add that I was able to talk more with the staff and not so angry , but will pay a bill undeserved. Dr.Jones is a good doctor !He is not aware of my problems in this issue and, sadly, I have to have an appoint mentioned to tell him.

Customer Service with Patient Receptionist awful.Very rude,whole practice would be more pleasant,if you had a more caring,receptionist at the front desk
