Incorrect diagnosis. Incorrect information in my file. Wont fix. He says I have currently have cancer and I don't. He says I had cancer excised and that too is not true. I've never had cancer during the 8 years as a patient. How can he make stuff up and put it in my chart?

I am not a patient of this physician but my mother is-I have found his office to be extremely unprofessional with their patients and the families of his patients. How? Called to see if my mother, 87 y.o. patient of this dr for 20+ yrs could be seen; Response: he's away. That is it! No, gee I'm sorry, let me see who's on-call and maybe they can. Nothing--and now, she just got a call indicating they had to cancel her appt because HE'S RETIRED...Really??????????
