Dr. Klausner is very prompt. Concerned about my health, asks questions, doesn't waste time.

Dr. Klausner's office is very professional and knowledgeable. The doctor is on time for his appointments and takes time to listen to your issues and concerns. Dr. Klausner is very personable as is his office staff. After listening to your issues, he suggests any testing needed and gives you a follow-up appointment. He is very gentle when cleaning wax from ears. I would highly recommend this doctor for any of your ear, nose and throat concerns.

Waking up with some sores in my mouth, and a little blood on my pillow, I immediately called Dr. Klausner. Although he was fully booked for the day, he did fit me in. In fewer than five minutes, he knew the problem and that is was life-threatening (blood sores in mouth, blood in nose) . He said get these listed blood tests today! Not tomorrow. I did. Within two hours, he had the results. He called. "Go straight to the Emergency Room. Do not wait to pick anything up. Have your wife drive you." I did. My platelets were at essentially the zero level. Any bruise, I would likely have died. This was confirmed by doctors in the ER. During my six days in the hospital , I was effectively treated and my platelets were back up in the "safe" range. Dr. Klausner is knowledgeable about so many medical issues. I have been with him for years and will never be with any other ENT. I recommend him to all of my friends.

Dr Klausner is extremely knowledgeable with many diseases and illnesses. He makes you feel as if you were family. His office staff is very polite and professional. I highly recommend him!

Minimal wait time for scheduled appointments. Staff is friendly & capable. Punctual, personal, professional and definite about what must be done to ameliorate your health problem, Dr. Klausner exudes confidence in any issue you bring to him. His staff calls with appointment reminders while I have never, ever had to wait longer than five minutes for his consultation.

A few years ago, Dr. Klausner did a face lift for me. I hired him on his good reviews and his pleasant personality. What I didn’t realize is that the reviews are mixed together for both of his practices. He has a double office with one door for ear-nose-throat patients and another for cosmetic patients (the fancy side). The before and after photos showed that the facelift did nothing to improve my appearance. I wasted thousands of dollars and suffered a lot of pain. When I asked Dr.Klausner about it, he suggested chemical peels, neurotoxins and fillers. I have saved up for a revision and have just had another facelift.What a difference! The results are amazing. My new doctor did everything differently both before and after the surgery. He included vitamins and high end facial products to speed the healing process. He specializes in plastic surgery only and is a true artist. He is NOT trained in another field and jumping on the lucrative cosmetics band wagon.

DR Klausner actually save my life by recognizing a condition I develop while coming in for something else . Highly recommend him, takes his time with you and explains your condition so you understand it., I'm still above ground because of his quick thinking, thanks again Dr.

Dr Klausner fixed my deviated septum with 100% results. He is knowledgeable about the procedure and explained everything beforehand. He is friendly and makes you feel very comfortable in his care. I would highly recommend him

Dr. Klausner was quite knowledgeable and helpful. I learned a lot about my condition and achieved a complete resolution of my problem. One of the best physicians for explaining health issues that I’ve met.

At 40 years old in the year 2000.. with no prior ENT problems, I was recommended to Dr. Klausner by my GP because of a sinus infection that started to migrate into the Cartlidge of my sinuses so that I had a very painful red and swollen nose. Otherwise young and healthy, it was a very concerning infection. I felt the seriousness and the concern in Dr. Klausner’s detailing of both the medical problem I had and the proposed treatment. After a series of IV antibiotics & nasal sprays, the swelling subsided and 22 years later I’ve never had any reoccurrence. I’m motivated to write this review because my 31-year-old son recently had a severe ear infection. When he asked me who to see.. of course I said go right to Dr. Klausner. After the appointment my son said I can see why you sent me the Dr. Klausner! Dr. Klausner is an exceptional physician with a tremendous knowledge and understanding of EN&T. He has treated me for several years and I find his answers and explanations to questions I have to always be understandable. He is a Doctor who cares greatly about his patients and his office and staff share that concern. Also, if there's an answer to a medical issue he reaches out to find the best doctor or hospital to meet the need. I highly recommend him to everyone regardless of age.

I have been a patient with Dr. Klausner for several years now. Every time I go it’s always an amazing experience. Sometimes it doesn’t even feel like a Dr to patient relationship because he just makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. I have been getting facial peels forever because I struggle with breakouts. Especially during these times because I work in the sun. The other day I went in for my normal appt and to my surprise I was told that my visit this time would be free. I couldn’t believe! It may not seem like much to some but to me that really meant a lot and I’m just very grateful to him because he didn’t have to do that. I promise if you go here you will not be disappointed.

Dr. Klausner is not only a phenomenal doctor, but also a phenomenal person who truly cares about your wellbeing. His office staff are very nice and professional- Kim is the sweetest! Not many people can say getting their tonsils out is a great experience; they made it as comfortable and easy as it could’ve been and he went above and beyond to make sure I was feeling okay post-surgery.
