Need Dr. Klein’s help
I cannot find Dr. Klein and internet gives a practice in Wayne and it is St . Joe’s Wayne hospital but that is not Brittany Way called and got switchboard operator who put me to a voice mail where I left my hysterical message. There is no allergist who can ever be as knowledgeable, patient and understanding as Dr. Robert Klein.

Dr Klein didn’t waste my time or money with tests he thought I didn’t need. Diagnosed the issue, gave a prescription and my issue improved greatly. Good, efficient and kind.

Dr. Klein is the first doctor I have ever seen that listened to my problem and came up with a solution that works great! He was able to make me feel better within a week, using only a few very effective, safe medications. I wish I had gone to see him years ago!

After suffering with seasonal allergy problems and then hives, which my reg doctor couldn’t figure out, my aunt recommended Dr. Klein. Visit was really good. I was so glad to finally have answers about my hives. I finally have relief of the itching and welts that we’re so embarrassing. He also gave me medication for my nose which is helping me through the summer which is my worst time of year! Front desk and nurse were also warm and welcoming.

I was literally treated as if I was unwelcome by the office staff while trying to provide insurance information and get feedback. Horrifying customer service, for parents who are worried about their kids because they have been from on doctor appointment to another then to the hospital to have some arrogant office person interrupt me and be impatient with me was truly an insult.

Dr. KLEIN is the most knowledgeable and organized allergist that I have ever met!! His staff, including Barbara, have been very helpful. Even when the office was closed, they were able to obtain a strong medicine which worked well and fast! Dr. KLEIN has arranged testing to determine the cause of my issues! No one else was able to solve them and Dr. Klein did rapidly! He gave me printouts of instructions concerning my issues and directions! He even responded to my email! Am much obliged!!!

This is a review of not the doctor but his secretary I believe her name is Barbara. Most horrible phone manners I have come across, she cut me off numerous times. I myself am a physician and could not believe how rude she was. She actually had the nerve to ask me once I told her my issue of why I wanted to see dr.klien and if he could really do anything for me! I don't know how good of a physician he is but I would rather take my business elsewhere then deal with such obnoxious staff!

There are a few essentials I believe patients feel are important before choosing a doctor whom they trust with their health issues and concerns. A key factor in that decision is the friendliness of the staff members who you will constantly be dealing with whenever you call that office. Well, this office has some of the RUDEST secretaries I have ever dealt with and due to that reason is why I will no longer see this doctor. I do not doubt that others feel the same. Such a shame.
