Dr. Robert Kosmides, MD

I have seen Dr. Kosmides several times over the past 18 months for migraines. He is hands-down the most thorough, knowledgeable, kind doctor I have ever visited. He is clear and consistent in his approach and is eager to help patients and get to the root cause of their problem. I highly recommend Dr. Kosmides. Outstanding physician!

I attended my father in law's visit with Dr. Kosmides. When I read the reviews online, I was somewhat hesitant about him. From the moment I met Dr. Kosmides, these hesitations disappeared. He is one of the most caring physicians I have ever met. He gave my father in law the time he needed for the appointment, empathized with how he was feeling, and answered all of our questions. You could tell thru the visit that he genuinely cares for my father in law. He takes a very holistic approach, meaning he wants to know what has transpired with the patient since his last visit (changes in health, other physician appointments). He is very responsive on Mychart and goes the extra mile in reviewing patient records. I would highly recommend Dr. Kosmides to anyone and if needed, I would choose him to be my neurologist.

He has been very helpful to me and takes the time to listen unlike so my doctors do today. He is reassuring and knows what he’s talking about.

Dr. Kosmides is very thorough and spends time with you (recently 1 1/2 hours) unlike the local specialists I have seen trying to get to the bottom of what is wrong. My primary physician got me a referral to The Cleveland Clinic and I am currently seeing Dr. Kosmedis. I am blessed wth five nurses in the family and so far I have had two appointments with him. I took two different nurses wth me so far and they are both so impressed with him and cannot get over how thorough he is and time.

Dr. Kosmides was very degrading and not helpful.

Although the doctor was nice, he did not follow through on contacting me about my testing. It was I who pursued him to find out the results. I waited 2 weeks to hear a result that he had gotten in a couple days. The same thing happened with the 2nd test. He promised me he would not give up on me and basically, he said maybe I should follow up with my primary care, whom told me to see a neurologist.

He seems to be a good listener but serious lack of follow through...not really invested in the person and the problem presented.
