I would recommend Dr. Kraft highly. My experience was exceptional: starting with the receptionist - Donna - who was one of the friendliest, most personable office employees I have ever met. Dr. Kraft was very professional and explained everything I wanted to know. His surgical skills were excellent. I had a cyst removed from my face. The surgery healed beautifully and I can not even see the scar where he made the incision. His surgical nurse and follow up nurse were terrific.

Im sure the Dr. Is a nice man but his office receptionists were HORRID. So very rude and impatient. Extremely unprofessional. Dealing with these two ladies completely made me not want to come here. I would never subject any of my friends or family to speaking with these very obnoxious individuals.

Called to make an appointment after speaking to someone by email I informed them about my insurance stated my weight knowing that she told me it was well worth trying to get it approved by the insurance. So when I called to make the appt the woman that answered the phone seemed uninterested in helping As soon as I told her the weight she said no they won't pay for it you have to loose a lot of weight so why would someone email me saying it's worth trying. To me they want you to pay yourself

I booked an appointment with this doctor and one of his staff member who was not nice at all, answer the phone after they have asked me via email to call the office 1) She had no knowledge of what I was asking her 2) just stated that the doctor was not going to do a component hernia repair because his level of expertise does not go that far 3) at the end told me I'll will cancel your appointment, find another doctor.
