Taken seriously
I explained my symptoms without feeling rushed. He shared his insights based on what I told him and ordered lab work to help rule things out. While he appears serious, I never felt that he didn’t care. I’d describe him as matter-of-fact and calm.

Dr krenzer is a fabulous neurologist. He listened to me, explained my problem. He does have a dry sense of humor. I would highly recommend him. His office staff is the best!! I do hope Health First realizes this team of folks work to well together. Thank you!!!

I thought he was cool. I found his sense of humor refreshing, his confidence was reassuring, and he didn't keep me in the office longer than necessary. But I don't really need someone to hold my hand, I just need someone to help me manage the seizures. So far so good.

Krenzer came into my room in Palm Bay hospital. He was the most condescending, arrogant, pompous doctor that I have ever met. He would not let me speak. He only kept telling me that I was going to die. This was after looking at one blood test result. The nurse had to give me a sedative after he finally left my room.

Was called in to Palm Bay Hospital to evaluate me as a patient. Refused to listen to what I was trying to tell him. Diagnosed me without viewing my PT scans. Three therapists evaluated me for treatment of his diagnosis and disagreed with him. He refused to consider their opinions and refused to consult a neurologist ( not associated with HF) who had pertinent information about my condition. I found him to be arrogant and would not recommend him.

The Receptionist, Jennifer is cheerful and on top of her game, Christal the Medical Assistant is professional but not overly friendly. Dr. Krenzer has the personality of a sidewalk brick and I find him to be condescending. He is my 3rd Neurologist in 24 years for my chronic condition and the only one who would not continue the same level of care as I had been given for 23 years prior to move to Florida. No doubt he is a knowledgeable Physician, but as most Specialist tend to be, he is arrogant

I am generally in very good health and was truly shaken when I suffered a debilitating CSF leak that had me literally going from bed to couch, unable to even sit up. Dr Krenzer agreed to see me two days later. His confidence was very reassuring and did wonders for my mental state. The second opinion Doctor at Mayo Clinic remarked how impressed he was with Krenzer's thoroughness..."best he'd ever seen." Crystal (nurse) and Jennifer (office mgr) are among the best. I'm well now and am a big fan.
