Dr. Robert Linn, DPM

Dr Linn made my 95 year old mother and myself wait OVER 2 hours to be seen! No apology. And on the way out noticed the weird signs he has. It was her 1st visit, reason was nail fungus, and nail trimming . She’s on blood thinners, so I take her to a podiatrist to have them done. The last podiatrist was very rough on her, and she didn’t want to go back to him, so I called this office & made an appt. and was told although he does not normally clip nails, she would ask him to do it as a “courtesy” to her, which she assured me he would. After waiting 2+ hours for him, my mother‘s leg was throbbing with pain, she hadn’t eaten.He didn’t say anything about her fungus, said she would need surgery on her hammer toe, but he would not recommend surgery at her age, and he REFUSED to clip her nails. She can’t do it herself and I can’t do it because of her bleeding issue. So we literally were there for close to 3 hrs for nothing! I would never go back to him, and I would not recommend him ever!

The office visit B4 the foot surgery was well informed by Dr. Linn he explained what he going to do and what I had to do in order to heal properly. I went thru the surgery followed his instructions and healed with no complication. If you visit Dr. Linn for a foot or ankle problem ALWAYS lesson at his excellent expertise advice. It will help you at the upmost. You're the one. Office visit well worth the wait. I'll give Dr. Linn a triple A+.

"don't go unless you want to wait well over an hour! i don't care that the doctor gives as much time as needed to each patient...that is a good thing, but to have to wait and wait and wait? my time is not important? the staff could at least give patients a courtesy call to tell them they are running late. then patients can go about doing something else except sit on their butt and show up later and not have to wait in the waiting room only to WAIT AGAIN (another hour) in an exam room. NO WONDER THEY HAVE SO MANY SIGNS IN THE LOBBY ABOUT BEING A MEAN PERSON OR NOT BEING HAPPY...they must get a lot of angry patients who feel their time is valuable too. we are not getting paid while waiting, but the more dr. linn and his staff book, the more money in his pocket. no conscience about how long patients wait. i wonder if they would like that done to them over and over?"

When I first entered the office, there was a sign saying the employees are exempt from wearing masks. Not one employee had a mask on. Yet, every patient had one on (there was one patient ahead of me and SEVERAL waiting after I left). I felt extremely uncomfortable. How are they to know if I have an underlying health condition? Additionally, I had one patient ahead of me, and waited 90 minutes to see the doctor. He was nice and all, but I will never go back on account of the wait and the lack of concern for his patients.

You won’t find a more friendly and helpful staff at any Doctors office. My condition requires that I see a Podiatrist every 3 to 4 weeks. I actually look forward to my visits. If you go and have a little bit of a wait (which is no more than a normal Doctors visit), as soon as you talk to Dr. Linn, you’ll know why. He takes his time with his patients, listens carefully and then thoroughly explains options. He doesn't rush you out the door. Very knowledgable, you can tell he loves what he does and seems very confident in a good way. He has gained my trust and confidence for when surgery may eventually be needed. Thank you Dr. Linn and staff!

Two years ago Dr. Linn seemed personable and knowledgeable about my husband’s condition. So much so, we allowed him to do surgery to ‘correct’ hammertoes. Big mistake! When they didn’t heal properly, he accused my husband of not following his post-op instructions. (There were none). He doesn’t let you get a word in edgewise and is his own biggest cheerleader. After not getting any satisfaction from Dr. Linn we consulted another podiatrist who just shook his head over the results and gave my husband an injection to help relieve the pain. We just recently consulted with an orthopedic surgeon who’s specialty is feet. Said he has seen many patients with whom Dr. Linn has not done well. No matter how bad your feet hurt, run the other way.

My husband and I loved Dr. Linn and his staff. I broke my ankle and foot in 2 places. He offered me options on ways to go forward, and supported my choosing the no surgery route, wearing a aircast boot 12 weeks even while sleeping. Healed well and he took me out 3 weeks early. My experience here was nothing but pleasant. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions, once via a virtual appt.

Dr. Linn truly cares about his patients. He takes the time to carefully listen to your concerns, and makes sure you understand what is happening. He then lays out a path forward for your treatment, and answers any questions you may have about it. He is the best!

I have been a patient for several years and would highly recommend Dr. Linn. His staff is very friendly and helpful. In times when I have had an emergency situation and been in pain, they have gotten me in to be seen in a very timely manner. My profession requires that I stand on my feet for 12-14 hours a day. I have had several issues with my feet that he has helped me recover from. He is not one to rush into surgery, but when I did have to have a recent toe/joint surgery, he did an excellent job and the whole experience was better than I had expected. Follow his advise because the man knows what he is talking about. There have been times when I have had to wait to see him, but it is well worth your time spent. When your turn comes, he will spend as much time as needed with you. He takes the time to explain your diagnosis and answer any questions and concerns you have. He has never rushed me thru a visit. I wish all of my doctors were as good as he is.

Absolutely the best Doctor to see for problems involving the feet/ankles! He takes his time with you and answers any and all questions. He is very thorough as well! His staff is all very nice, and he is a hoot to be around!

Dr. Linn explains throughly what your options are. Unlike many doctors in all fields he did not push quickly to surgery. He is extremely knowledgeable and by following his instructions I had a quick and complete recovery.

I was struggling with a painful foot issue and Dr. Linn and his team got me right in when my own primary care doctor said no. How wonderful it is to have such a knowledgeable physician and staff that can take care of our needs. Highly recommended

Excellent visit

My husband had a wound on his foot that wouldn’t heal. After 2 years on a knee scooter and visiting over 6 different wound and foot doctors we happened to visit Dr. Linn while on vacation, He had my husbands foot healing after one visit. It healed up completely after about 1 month. MY husband was able to walk again.

Dr. Linn and his complete staff are wonderful. They were able to fit my husband in on an emergency visit on a Monday even though they were booked. I highly recommend Dr Linn to anyone in need of a good podiatrist with a personality and an awesome office staff then don’t look any further. Dr Linn is exactly who you need

Dr. Linn is a fabulous doctor and talented surgeon. When I broke my toe his office got me in immediately after Dr. Salvati referred me. The staff is wonderful and courteous. Dr. Linn is the top notch and I would recommend to everyone.

Dr. Linn explained why I was experiencing heel pain and prescribed an orthotic insert and exercise. I saw 90% improvement by my follow-up visit. Today for my final visit, I arrived 10 minutes early, was shown to an exam room after 25 minutes; my b/p was taken and I sat for 75 minutes with no one explaining the delay and never being seen by the doctor. I walked out, said I would not pay for a visit, and would not reschedule. Nevertheless, I would recommend Dr. Linn professionally.

Dr. Linn was recommended to me by a friend. He was knowledgeable and took care of my foot problem. I would recommend him.

He came in 90 minutes past my appointment with no apologies for being late. I took time off from work unnecessarily.
