Dr. Robert MacLachlan, MD

The front desk personnel were very professional and friendly and made me feel like I had known them for years. While I was checking in, Dr. Maclachlan came and got me right there at the front desk, so I didn’t even have to wait for my appointment. He was professional and courteous and listened to everything I had to say regarding my visit. Again, I felt as though I had known him for years because of his bedside manner.

Had a good experience with him. Awesome Dr. Very professional and great conversation and explanation of my condition.

We felt we had an outstanding experience. He took lots of time, ask good questions and was most helpful. On a scale of 1 to 10 we would give him a 15!

He has a great bedside manner, he explains what to expect, and was skillful with joint injections. I specifically asked for him after accompanying a friend at an appointment I would highly recommend this doctor.

Doctor was very personable while maintaining professional decorum.

I've been to Dr MacLachlan twice, I really enjoy his attitude and visiting with him.

I liked how he explained what he was doing and was sympathetic about the pain do to some of the tests.

He worked me in his schedule to save me a 175 mile return trip. Was a little rushed but I felt thorough. Was very pleased with my visit.

He knew his job. Didn’t dilly dally. Was polite. Very professional. In and out.

So rude and dismissive!!! He hurried through my appointment like he couldn't wait to get rid of me. He was sloppy with my EMG testing. Highly recommend you seek another doctor if you want reliable results. I certainly don't trust my results since he took only 15 minutes to do a test that should take 45-60 minutes to properly complete.

I honestly would not go anywhere else. Will not push drugs on you that will not help you and is informative on the side effects of the ones you choose. Well rounded knowledge and very good at his specialty. He has a great bedside manor and will leave you relieved and confident you made the right decision.

You have a choice where you can go for neurology services, this is one place you do not want to go. Dr MacLachlan is unprofessional and not trustworthy. He was not my first choice, somewhat of a forced choice, let’s just say someone dropped the ball on making the appropriate appointment with a different facility. Did not want to cancel appointment with doctor that ordered EMG so I reluctantly went to him. After some discussion, he didn’t think the test would conclude positive results and suggested no procedure. Again if you can go see anybody else, that would be my suggestion.

Rudest dr have ever been to. Every dr, dentist any profession has always walked into room introduced him/herself not this dr. He walked in said I dont know what you are doing here I cant do anything for you. Wow! Such optimism.wanted to argue about medical history. Well 1st and last time we will ever see this physician let alone recommend to anyone. Pathetic excuse.for a neurologist. I have been to many neurologists with my husband and son and never ever had this horrible experience
