This was my first time with skin cancer or any kind of cancer. I was nervous. I felt at ease with all of the staff. They really helped me feel more relaxed. Dr McNeal explained what he was going to do and he was personable as well. I say things went smoothly. I am so glad I was referred to him.

I had a cancerous melanoma removed from my back. The nursing staff, the doctor, the professional staff in the office couldn’t have been better. It’s good to have a good doctor and nursing staff that make you feel comfortable.

Entire staff was very responsive and informative. This was my third visit with Dr MacNeil and it went like the others, first rate. I won’t go to anyone else.

I was escorted to a room by Bea who was extremely pleasant. After Bea set up some initial procedure supplies she left and Stacey entered the room. Stacey set up some more equipment for Dr MacNeal, give me a gown, a pillow and numbed the area for my procedure. Stacey was very personable and helped me relax. Dr MacNeal arrived and took care of my Basel cell carcinoma area quickly and efficiently. I did not have any pain. I recommend anyone who has dermatology issues to contact Dr MacNeal’s office.

He was very busy discussing sports with the nurse during the procedure. The stitches were very tight and left a very noticeable scar. My previous Mohs (done by a different MD) all left scars that were barely there.
