Dr. Maggin is a great doctor, however, not sure if his staff is competent and/or able to triage concerns /issues appropriately. I have been calling his office for over 3 weeks because I had to stop a medication because of its side effects and my upcoming surgery, It is a medication that should not be stopped abruptly, but I had to stop taking it. I still have not received a call back. I would not recommend this practice.

Dr. Maggin is s good doctor. His office staff is below kindergarten level. Appointments are impossible. My last visit for a physical, they told me that their computer system was down and that they would call me with the next scheduled visit. They never called. in December of 2016 when I was sick, they could not give me an appointment with Dr.Maggin, so they gave me an appointment with Dr. Moy. Dr. Moy ordered a chest x-ray, but no one ever called me concerning results of 01/03/2017 chest x-ray.

He's been my physician for over 10 years...maybe longer. Always gives it to me straight and I appreciate that. Doesn't rush through the appointments and it feels like he cares.
