His staff will profile you based on your last name
The Doctor is good but his staff it’s the worst. Someone in his staff just straight profile me because my last name is in spanish and basically assumed that I was on Medicare or Medicaid even though I told her from the beginning that I have United Healthcare, how you go from there to medicare or medicaid?They just assumed because of the last name and when I ask her why she is being like that, basically just hang up on me.Go to another place, it’s not worth being treated like that when you are paying for a service and it is a doctors office.

Dr. Marcus is very caring and gentle. It is always a pleasant experience and I never feel the doctor is rushing to the next patient. The office staff is cordial and helpful. I heartily recommend this practice.

Recently started seeing Dr Marcus. The pain in my foot was so bad I could hardly walk. He helped me so much after only the first visit. He was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. Took the time to make sure I was ok during each visit. I highly recommend him. His staff was wonderful too.

I have been visiting Dr. Marcus for 2 years and am very happy I found him. He is extremely personable, knowledgeable and caring. He takes the time necessary to make sure that his patients feel well taken care of, understand their options and ultimately receive exceptional treatment. I also appreciate his convenient evening and Sunday hours.

VERY HELPFUL AND CARING DOCTOR. FRONT DESK ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND THEY ARE VERY FLEXIBLE WITH THE SCHEDULING. LATE EVENING HOURS ARE GREAT AS WELL AS BEING ABLE TO COME IN ON SUNDAYS. THE STAFF ALWAYS CALLS A DAY PRIOR TO REMIND ME OF THE APPOINTMENT AND EVERY TIME SOMEONE CALLS I GET AN ACTUAL PERSON ANSWERING. EVEN WHEN THE DOCTOR IS NOT IN THE OFFICE AND I HAVE AN EMERGENCY HE GETS OUT OF HIS WAY TO COME IN NO MATTER THE TIME AND DAY. THIS IS A VERY FAMILY ORIENTED BUSINESS.

Dr. Marcus has been taking exceptional care of me. He is a knowledgable profesdional and caring doctor. He addressed all my my concerns and will answer any questions. He has been very encouraging. He has a wonderful demeanor and is a warm person. His office staff are very professional, attentive and accomodating. I was recommended to him by a number of very satisfied patients who all reported that they have received excellent care from him. I recommend him highly.
