Horrible Service
Telehealth
This has been absolutely years of terror with this office. My family member has been with this office for 4.5 years. This is the only rheumatologist available in the area, and we are desperately trying to get her into a new office and discontinue this one. The biggest issue is getting in contact with the office. It takes NUMEROUS calls to get through, even her other doctors' offices have tried to contact this office with zero luck. He has seen my mother once since her diagnosis, the rest being virtual appointments. The virtual appointments are under 5 minutes long, he does not review any of her information prior to seeing her, and does not give her a chance to express her concerns or ask questions. She has been on a 'temporary' treatment for years, and her primary care had to take her off of it since Dr. Meador did not even notice or review the treatment in any appointments. This has been a nightmare and hope it is over soon.

He truly listens
Dr Meador is thorough, thoughtful and above all, treats his patients with respect. He has to courage to say that he doesn't have an immediate answer but then works with the patient to find solutions. His staff is also highly competent and professional. He is the only specialist I have I can look forward to going to.

I love Dr. Meadow. I know he is in NY now. I used to see him in Garland. He is the most amazing doctor. I have a very complex set of autoimmune and systemic issues he always went above and beyond what a reasonable doctor would do to try to find answers to my health problems. He is intelligent, caring, and very responsive to your health needs. I miss him dearly and cannot recommend him enough. He is the best of the best. Dr Meador, your Texas patients miss you!
