He took less than 10 minutes with me. In that time he removed a diagnosis I’ve had since I was 14 years old. He took me off a medication I’ve been on with zero discrepancies for over a year that REALLY worked for me and put me on something that made me feel AWFUL. He scheduled for 8 weeks out and in that time, without my proper medication, my life fell apart. He was judgmental, rude, rushing me, he didn’t listen, no manners, and made me feel less than. This is the person you have meeting with people who struggle with things like not wanting to live anymore? Because he’s going to be the cause of that if he hasn’t already. He shouldn’t be practicing. He has awful reviews everywhere so I’m not sure why OMC keeps him on… all of their other doctors have been wonderful.

This guy could care less he told me sleep apnea was the cause of everything I had going on. I have had for almost 28 years untreated and everything else was normal. Then why my issues start after hospitalized due to cancer things got worse the longer treatments went. I'm no dr. But something tells me that would be the issue. LOL he said arsenic wouldn't cause brain damage ( he just went off Barnes charts. The last vist I had with them I had said I feel like I got some brain damage out of this deal because they kept saying it has nothing to do with your APL leukemia) but after I mentioned brain damage they said oh well arsenic can cause that took me two years to get that out of them. He made me feel like I didn't want to exist and cancer should have just killed me it's not like I wanted to be damaged after over 200 treatments. I know what normal is I was there for the first 39 years. So I sould know what normal felt like to me.any way I don't think he needs to be dealing with folks..

Impersonal and dangerous with prescribing meds
I saw him for three years and it wasn't a good experience. First of all, I never saw him in person. I had to go to Behavioral Health, and then they would just sit me in a room to talk to him on a computer. He was presented in the beginning as being a therapist but he isn't. He just prescribed meds to see what stuck. He prescribed a dangerous med on a high dose, without explaining to me what the risks were, or how hard it was to get off of it. Our meetings lasted about 5-10 minutes and he only asked about meds. He never really cared about anything beyond that, and never asked. He's not very personable.

Not Good
I told him I was having a proven, common, troubling symptom of a medication he prescribed, and he told me to my face that the medication straight up does not have that side effect. Ridiculous. Doesn't believe in ADHD and is a bad listener, seemed to almost constantly purposefully misunderstand me. I once said my opinion on something, and he told me "I didn't say that." What? Everything I'm allowed to say has to be something I parrot back to him, apparently. He is so poor at communication that he said I was "likely to have autism" when I was unable to talk to him. I have never struggled with communicating with any other doctor, so what does that say about him? He has dangerous opinions, doesn't know the symptoms of the medications he prescribes, and I'm not even sure why he's allowed to practice.

Disrespectful, inpersonable, unprofessional
This place does not take you seriously. They do not have doctors that are properly certified to help find a medicine that you need. They did not tell me this, and charged me $200 a visit to speak with Dr Robert Milton. A doctor that will tell you that adult ADHD doesn't exist and ADD and ADHD is only a childhood disorder. I told him that I was experiencing side effects from the medicine he prescribed me, these side effects are listed as common side effects. He went on to tell me that they were not, and it is all in my head. He was short with me, did not listen and would not prescribe any stimulant ADHD medication to me or anyone. He is a drug addiction psychiatrist and clearly not a ADD/ADHD professional. If I show up to get help for ADHD I expect a doctor that specializes in that field. Dr. Milton wanted to put me on antidepressants and send me on my way. I am not depressed at all. I have a low production of dopamine and would benefit from the proper ADHD medicine. Do not recommend.

Doesn't believe in adult ADHD, so if you're trying to get treated for that this is not your guy.
