Saved my life
V dedicated doctor who saved my life. I’m v grateful to him and feeling sorry that he moved to spring field. I don’t care whatever people are saying about his personality but he is a life saver. We need more doctors like him.

Terrible Experience
I made an appointment with Dr. Nadler based on a recommendation from another Springfield Clinic physician. I scheduled an appointment with him two months out as this was his first available. It was my initial visit. After filling out all the paperwork, I waited well over an hour before I was called back. When someone finally came to see me, it was with a female Physicians Assistant, not Dr. Nadler. There was no explanation given as to why and I was never told at any point that I would not be seeing him. He couldn’t even be bothered to stick his head in the door, introduce himself, and explain the situation. It was a complete waste of time; my appointment was specifically with him not someone else. I cannot comment on his proficiency as a doctor, but if it’s anything like the way he runs his practice, it reflects very poorly on him and on Springfield Clinic.

A Trusted Doctor
Excellent! Dr. Nadler was thorough in his explanation of my problem and what the plan was to bring me back to a healthy lifestyle. Over the course of my treatment he has been thorough in his explanations, works extremely well with my two other doctors, Oncologist, and Radiologist. I trust him and sincerely appreciate his knowledge, experience, and compassion. He is a trusted doctor!

Kidney problems
Excellent care and communication with Nadler. I never felt rushed or had a question unanswered. Dr Nadler is a pioneer in the laparoscopic surgery I had. My results and quality of life are much improved over traditional surgery. I appreciate and recommend Nadler.

Absolutely terrible
Waited over an hour past my appointment time to be seen. He did not explain the surgery that I’m supposed to have, acted like seeing me was a big inconvenience. Sighed and rolled his eyes at me when I tried to answer questions and in the middle of answering, he would interrupt me. It did not feel like he was listening nor wanting to be there. Made me feel like an idiot. I would NOT RECOMMEND this doctor to anyone.

We have never written a negative review about any physician in the past. We don’t take it lightly. My entire family consists of physicians. I know what it takes to serve patients properly. I would rate him lower if it’s possible but the lowest option is 1 star. Nadler’s lack of communication , lack of follow up and difficulty reaching him resulted in the worst experience possible at the most critical time for my father. These issues contributed to the spread of colon cancer to my fathers kidney. Which resulted in removing his kidney. If Nagler has been available to schedule timely follow ups my father would not be suffering today. Please do your due diligence before choosing any physician especially NADLER. He needs a refresher course in patient care and bed side manners

I strongly recommend Dr. Nadler if anyone is battling prostate cancer. He successfully removed my prostate and was very cordial in explaining the procedure and easy to talk to .The nurses and the entire staff was very kind and professional .He will be my doctor to go to for follow up treatment and feel that I am in good hands.

I had a long history of kidney stones. At the advice of my nephrologist, I was referred to Dr. Robert Nadler 16 years ago. I am amazed to say that I have had no recurrence of kidney stones in 16 years since I started as his patient! Being under Dr. Nadler’s care has saved me from surgery! He and his staff have always been easy to work with and accommodating. I am very grateful.

Grandson of one of Nadlers patients here, definitely don’t recommend. Actually requesting to switch physicians. Very arrogant, terrible bedside manners, all around poor character.

Dr. Nadler does not make you feel like he has any interest in your well being and the appointment was very impersonal. Waited 2.5 hours to have a 5 minute meeting where I was simply instructed to schedule follow up appointments.

Dr. Nadler is one of the most dedicated and thorough physicians that I have encountered. When I went to him for a urology problem, he quickly diagnosed my problem and explained the type of surgery I needed to secure relief. My surgery went well, but I had a minor complication. Dr. Nadler had me taken back into surgery immediately to correct the complication and remained at the hospital long into the evening until he was satisfied that I would be okay.

Dr. Nadler came highly recommended by a very respected member of the medical community. Under Dr. Nadler's care, he successfully removed several complex kidney stones and has done so with perfection. He closely monitored my situation both pre-op and post-op and has shown a great deal of compassion. Others have described him as a "pioneer" and many label him as a "preeminent doctor in his field" and I can totally see why. I'm thankful to have been under his care and the care of his staff.

I was diagnosed with prostate cancer and was directed by my GP to Dr Nadler. Dr Nadler used robotic surgery for a prostecomy for me. Could not have been more successful. Outstanding leader in a specialist field. Home less than 20 hours after surgery. All follow up tests show full cancer removal. Could not be happier. Dr Nadler is in high demand so don’t expect a lot of hand holding. His time is best used doing what he does so well. That said, at no time did I feel other than well treated.

I've been Dr.Nadler's patient for seven years, and I've found him highly competent, unfailingly caring, and reassuringly cordial. I've especially benefited from his expertise in minimally invasive procedures, especially in robotic surgery from which I emerged cancer-free with almost no scars. My layman's opinion--he's got to be one of the best and most advanced in his field.
