Compassionate, thorough, straight-shooter, consummate professional…Dr Niebergall has it all. You can’t find a better outpatient Internist in town.

Dr Niebergall has been my doc since May 1998. He happened to be on call when I was life lighted in and have trusted him since that day … I am going to miss him terribly and wish him much health and happiness as he enjoys his well earned retirement

Always willing to take time to make sure you understand his concerns and what you should do. Sad that he is retiring.

Dr.Niebergall has been my physician for many years. I have also seen Anthony Barbettini PA when Dr.Niebergall isn't available and have always had a great experience. Highly recommend

Saw Dr. Niebergall for diabetes followup. He listened and answered our questions. Doctor and staff are friendly and efficient.

He is compassionate, friendly, knowledgeable, and just a really good doctor. Short staffed so takes time to get responses but he does follow up and once he gets the info, hes on it right away. He takes good care of his patients.

As always I had a great experience.

Dr Niebergall always listens to my concerns and has great advice about which medications to take. His assistant Debbie is overworked but always has a smile and a good attitude. Responses via St John patient portal are very very slow. Calling into the office can also be frustrating. But getting an appointment with the doc in 2-4 weeks is rarely an issue. Very thankful for a doctor that truly cares!

Doc listened to me. Very engaging. Took me seriously and had a plan of treatment to move forward.

My husband and I have been patients in his practice since summer of 2020. Our review will not be a positive one for his practice. It is very difficult to be seen by him, so we are always seen by his PA, Corinne. The problem: she diagnosed me and recommended surgery to remove my gallbladder....WITHOUT EVER TOUCHING ME. She simply sat across the examining room and asked questions. A later hands-on examination by a different dr revealed a pinched nerve. My husband was never called by the PA, or the dr, to notify him of a problem revealed by an ultrasound on his thyroid. The scheduler at the St John Health System was the one who told him of the problem...when she called to schedule a needle biopsy! This is not professional medical practice in my estimation.

Dr Niebergall and staff are always trying to help you even on short notice. He has excellent clinical judgement and listens and answers all questions appropriately. I feel very blessed to receive care from him and his lovely staff!

Doctor niebergall is a great doctor to st john medical team. I'm glad to have a doctor like him that is concerned about his patience. And it's staff it's fantastic keep up the great work. God-bless each and every one of ya'll. And p s He took care of my mom before she passed he did a great job and I'm very appreciated.

Wouldn’t recommend. Very unprofessional. Nurse Debbie makes very rude comments and made me feel very uncomfortable. Dr. Neibergall probably need to retire, I left my appointment feeling worse than when I arrived.

Dr. N is very throw in his assessment. He is one to listen before voicing his opinions related to your issues and makes very sound recommendations as to treatments. His judgements are based on sound data and your concerns. I highly recommend Dr. N as your primary physician!

He is very friendly, polite and tells you like it is. He is very easy to talk to. He does not sugarcoat nothing. He listens and will spend the extra time with his patients. He answers all questions you have and makes sure you understand exactly what he is trying to tell you.

He has always listened to what I had to say, discussed options and given his experience I trust his insight and recommendations. The staff is friendly and pleasant and I never feel rushed or pressured.
