Great Doctor!!
I had read some negative reviews from patients of Dr Ondash but in my experience, he has been incredible! He really takes the time to invest in your care and I never feel rushed or that he is too busy. I am really grateful to have found him and will definitely be a patient for as long as he is practicing!

Excellent
I don't enjoy doctors, I hate seeking out the ones that really care and are willing to step through the process with you. He talks about what he finds and breaks it down medically as if orating into his medical report as well as in laymen's terms. I appreciate both processes because it helps me understand how he's arriving at his conclusions. He's never scoffed, cracks a few jokes, asks how my newborn is and the associated things that encompass that. He's professional and tactical in his process of assessment. He's willing to question other doctors diagnosis which is what he should be doing, especially for second opinions. He's right for me but maybe not everyone; that's okay.He will definitely let you know when you've made poor decisions in your health while educating why that's his belief, but from the eyes of a medical perspective. He has your best interest in mind and I recommend him to family and friends.

Arrogant and dismissive provider -
Dr. Ondash is an arrogant, dismissive doctor, and I highly recommend that anyone reading this stay away from him. Run if you can. I was a regular patient of Dr. Ondash for three years. I have chronic health issues and saw him often, but he never remembered anything about my medical history or our discussions. I recently had a light case of COVID and Dr. Ondash prescribed me a new medication for it.. He said it might give you a bad taste in your mouth, but nothing severe. Several times, I informed him that I’d been hospitalized for GI problems including a bleeding stomach ulcer and colitis. I made sure to have those hospital records sent to him after I was released. One day into taking it, I started having severe abdominal pain, cramping and passing blood. When I asked why he gave me that, he got really condescending and said, ‘the pharmacist is the one who should have told you about the side effects, and you should have done your research.

Awesome Dr!
Dr Ondash is the best Internal Med Dr I've ever had. He really takes the time to understand what you're telling him and listens to your concerns. He's thorough and spends a great deal of time of with his patients and obviously knows his stuff. I never felt rushed...it felt like I was his only patient of the day when I know he's got a waiting room of people.

Horrible Experience
We had a terrible experience with Dr. Ondash at this location. If you are looking for a quick review on whether to go to this place or use Dr. Ondash as your family physician, I'd strongly recommend against seeing him. Go to another physician or a different company/location altogether. My wife wanted to get a check up and some blood-testing work due to not having done so in quite some time. In addition, she was concerned about a certain condition as she had been experiencing symptoms and wanted to double check. Against medical practice, the nurse attempted to diagnose her as "needing more sleep" prior to the doctor even entering the room. The nurse proceeded to go outside and joke with the other nurses and doctor that my wife thinks she has a condition and doesn't know what she's talking about. Dr. Ondash entered the room with a very abrasive and condescending manner immediately (probably because he was making fun of my wife with the nurse and had already summed us up as "stupid"

I had an unfortunate visit with Dr. Robert Ondash, in that he didn't listen to my needs, didn't assess me for what I came in for, and all in all was extremely rude and judgmental. I've never had a Dr. approach me with such disrespect. It was a totally waste of time and money to see him. I'll summarize by saying - you should NEVER walk out of a room with a patient without letting them know what you are or are not going to do as it relates to why the patient came into the office to begin with. You go to Doctors to be heard and be helped - this guy had NO intention of helping me. My experience leaves me thinking he is an ill-equipped and ill-trained physician and I hope that others don't experience what I just did.

Grateful that Dr. Ondash is at PFP as he saw my son for food poisoning and strongly encouraged a trip to ER to get a CT scan. Turned out my son had a ruptured appendix! Having sat in for two visits... I can share Dr. Ondash is a great listener, doesn't rush you ...yet is timely and thorough. Being an internist, his extensive experience and bedside manner played a huge part in my son's health!

Hands down the most caring, thorough and investigative (to get to most accurate diagnosis) that I have ever had. I’ve referred my friends, neighbors and relatives to him and everyone, to a person, has thanked me for referring them to Dr. Ondash. Couldn’t have chosen a better PCP. 5 stars.

Smartes Internal Medicine we have ever had. I am so amazed of how many medical journals he read. He knows everything about his patient. His diagnosis and treatment is not comparable with any other doctor. I would give him 100 star if I could.
