ER visit
Dr. Pence, listened and heard my complaints. His diagnosis and treatment has made improvement in my condition. Thank you and the wonderful staff for excellent care on October 12, 2024.

ER visit
Dr Pence was very dismissive of me and didn’t listen. I was in the ER feeling weak and vomiting. He said it was anxiety. The next day went to a different ER and was diagnosed with a colon hemorage . And I was septic at that point. He doesn’t listen or care to try to find what the cause is.

he only got the 1 star because I could not give him and his nurse on May 7 2021 in the ER . Should not be in the ER . Never even physically examined me .

Dr. Pence wasn’t interested in listening to what I had to say and basically made up his mind about me as a person and whether or not I was sick within the first two mins that he spent with me.
