I did not know there were doctors as cold and rude as Dr Penney. I left feeling like my integrity was dishonored. Never again.

I have been seeing Dr Penny for over 20 years. I am a 72 year old male with a family history of heart problems. We worked together to land on a dosage of pills that control my blood pressure. I have always felt great. I continue to swim for exercise and keep my weight under control. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Penny to anyone. He has a terrific "bedside manner" and treats each patient with the respect and individuality that each requires. He also has a great support system! 5 Stars!

Dr Penny was absolutely dismissive. I saw him at the community health center when my regular physician was not working. He was cold, unresponsive and in my opinion very disrespectful. I thought going to a stranger the CHC would be better than urgent care. I made a mistake

Dr. Penney was completely dismissive of my condition when l was unable to see my primary Doctor, Dr. Bellomo. I was so unimpressed and adverse so having to seeing Dr. Penney again, yesterday, that faced with the the same scenario again of not being able to see my primary Doctor- l chose UVM EMERGENCY CENTER. I do not take going to the doctor lightly and do not go unless it is important. Perhaps, he was having a bad day the one time l saw him, but his knowledge and compassion were limited .
