Wonderful, terrific, friendly, caring doctor. He has helped me so many times. I wish I knew how to reach him,he is not in North Haven at this time.

Don’t waste your time... I waited OVER A MONTH for my first appointment... 2 days before , his office called to reschedule because he had a “conference “ (did they not know this the entire month I waited ???) they rescheduled me for a MONTH later & today I was stuck in traffic (10 minutes & 10 minutes in the lobby checking in ) he refused to see me & wanted to reschedule me AGAIN for OVER A MONTH (42 days ) totally unacceptable... I have no feeling in the fingers on my right hand & they are now cramping....I will definitely be finding a different doctor...I wish I had read the other reviews BEFORE I scheduled the first appointment..... a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!!

Terrible experience! Would not send me for an MRI even though it was suggested at the emergency doctor. I could barely walk. I was standing in excruciating pain begging to have him ask for one. My husband was very upset. His aide felt bad and said she would call. She had no problem getting one for the next day. Turns out I had a herniated disk. He called me and told me himself and stated that there was no surgeon available so I had to go back to the hospital. This doctor is rude and insensitive!

Dr. Pepperman is extremely rude and uncooperative, I have chronic pain in my back/neck as well as knees feet shoulders and hands and Dr. Pepperman has NEVER sent me for tests, REFUSES to send me for an MRI even though his associate has found that I have 2 ruptured disks and sent me to him for a full spine MRI. He is pompous and rude and does not care about my pain issues. His staff is fine.

I've gone for pain management shots a few times since last year. Dr. Pepperman is professional, attentive and kind. He knew what tests to run and how to help me manage my back and neck pain better. Would refer him to all my friends and family! The staff are always courteous and helpful as well.

When I accompanied my Father to a visit to see Dr Pepperman he seemed like a good guy. When my Dad returned alone, without an advocate, Dr Pepperman was rude and unhelpful. Do not waste your time going to this so called "Dr." He doesn't help and he certainly doesn't care!!
