This guy is just plain awful...a disgrace. He preys on the Portuguese population; they go to him because his wife is from Portugal so they feel comfortable. I took my parents to him a few times; they are from Portugal. We will never go back to him. This guy is arrogant, does not know what they heck he is doing, and is just plain creepy!!! I will say his staff was nice, but I rated everything one star because of him. Actually, the staff deserves 100 stars just for having to be with him.
