My visits to Dr. Rabalais office is always pleasant. They ask questions and allow you to answer and vice versa. The staff is excellent and so is Dr. Rabalais!!

Dr. Rabalais is very personable, empathetic and helpful in making me feel at ease about the injury. Dr. Rabalais was highly recommended by several people that have been patients of his, and I could not agree more! I would not hesitate recommending Dr. Rabalais to any one of my family or friends!

Excellent
Due to severe hip pain dr Rabalais squeezed me in same day. After some X-rays, a thorough exam and listening to my symptoms he gave me a shot in the hip and ordered some additional tests. I had relief the same day ! I appreciate his prioritization in accommodating me. Not my first issue I have seen him for but always my first choice.

Not satisfied
This visit I got more than I bargained for. He told me he had to draw fluid off my knee, this has been my personal experience, this time it was painful. In the process of him removing the fluid I heard something in my knee like it was a scratch on a chalkboard . After the visit I have been to lake after hours, and the emergency room twice in one week because I was in so much pain. I have been on pain killers and muscle relaxers. Now I am in physical therapy and I am paying the bill.

Excellent service !
Dr Rabalais office set up and appointment for my knee injury very quickly . Within 48 hours I was in office for a consultation/ assessment. The office and staff could not have been more accommodating. Dr Rabalais had done surgery on my other knee for a torn meniscus 5 years ago , and will likely be taking care of this knee as soon as the insurance approved everything .

Quick & Efficient
Very quick, effective. Very friendly staff. They were knowledgeable of the process to get me comfortable. I never had surgery or an injury. Last minute appointment due to an Achilles ruptured & they were able to get me in & schedule the surgery the same week.
