He had no bedside manners. Super rude. He has been my GI doctor for years but has never helped me once. He always interrupts me and seems in a hurry. He might be brilliant but he also is arrogant and doesn’t listen to me at all. I have never been treated so rude in my life. I can’t eat or sleep, I have chronic diarrhea and have been told to be tested for cancer by my other doctor and he wanted to just write it off as IBS and give me meds.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Richards and my second colonoscopy. Despite dealing with the COVD-19 pandemic, which has impacted the medical setting, I have nothing but praise for everyone from check-in to check-out. I recommend Dr. Richards. Well worth the hour and twenty minute drive.

Very professional and efficient. Explained the procedure (colonoscopsy) and described what was involved in a manner that was easy to understand. He asked if the prep instructions were followed to ensure there were no omissions or potential problems. He asked if there were any questions or concerns. During recovery he gave the results of the tests, and provided recommendations about colon health and what to expect after leaving the facility and going home. Overall experience was excellent.

Hesitant about having a colonoscopy but it was a simple 20-25 minute procedure with no pain. Dr. Richards was knowledgeable about results and helping to resolve my problem
