Dr. Rothbaum is an outstanding, caring, and compassionate Pediatric GI Doctor. He had seen our son from age 7 thru age 22. He worked closely with us in regards to our son's medical insurance to insure our son had coverage. Our son enjoyed working with Dr. Rothbaum and he enjoyed going to Camp Oasis and seeing Dr. Rothbaum there at the camp. From our experience, you could see that Dr. Rothbaum enjoyed working with the kids at Camp Oasis. We will miss seeing Dr. Rothbaum.

First appointment he was hostile and rude. Disregarded findings from other doctors and wrote a letter to our home doctor that included disparaging remarks about mom’s physical appearance. Unprofessional and arrogant.

Our 16 Autistic son was diagnosed with Crohns. Crohns is difficult enough to treat alone, but when you compound the issue with a 16 year old autistic male who has no idea what is going on and who cannot be reasoned with; we had a huge challenge. Dr Rothbaum was outstanding in not only helping us with the Crohns but also in dealing personally with our son's Crohns. Through several hospitalizations, a resection, and 4 years of follow-up. He has been awesome!
