Was skeptical at first...
My visits have always been informative. Dr. Russ listens to a patient's concerns and addresses them appropriately, i.e., with testing, referrals, information, and experience. Very pleased with the results when I visit. Happy that I have contact through Follow My Health app, and get immediate response from him.

How we Miss Dr. Russ
Oh how we miss Dr. Russ. He was our family Dr. in Wyandotte, Mi.. Seems he is doing outstanding work in Pahrump, Nv. My sister had just moved from Pahrump a few years before Dr. Russ arrived. I would of had her go to him. The Lewinski Family from Michigan..

Dr. Russ is a great doctor. He was our doctor for about 15 years. He was a great patient advocate, we always felt he took his time to address our concerns and offer helpful advise. He was a doctor who would remind and encourage you to live a lifestyle that would promoted your wellness and health. Doctors are special people, that we create bonds with. When they leave they take their special gifts with them and they are sorely missed by their patients in some of the most difficult times in our lives.

Dr. Russ is an outstanding doctor. Beaumont took over and pretty much ruined everything. I hope and pray that he continues to practice in the downriver area. Best doctor ever. All Beaumont cares about is money. The doctor patient relationship means nothing to them and it's a crying shame!

So very upset that Dr. Russ has left. He is the best, always took his time and listened to us. Since Beaumont took over they ran all the good Drs. out. They ruined a very good office. I recommended him to many family and friends. He has been our Dr. for 17 years I don't know what I am going to do now. Hoping he stayed here in Michigan so I can go where ever he is. Loved the old staff they were helpful. Now most of the new are short dismissive.

Excellent doctor. Dr. Russ has been my primary doctor since the late 1990s. He is professional, extremely caring and concerned, willing to patiently listen and answer any questions and able to recommend specialists if needed.

Dr. Russ is an excellent physician, but I can't say the same about the staff. A few of the employees are extremely rude. They do not return phone calls. When I called with a question, I was transferred and I was on hold for 10 minutes. I called back and was told the person that I needed to speak to was at lunch. I waited a couple of days, called back, was transferred and waited on hold 15 minutes. I called back and was advised that this person was not even in the office.

Frustrated patient in Michigan – Mar 17, 2017

One of the best, listens, takes time with you, always makes sure you have proper medications and any questions you have he is there to help you and answer them. If you need a specialist he recommends one and gives you there card. I have been going to Dr. Russ almost since he started. I can not say enough nice things about him.
