Waste of time.
Absolutely awful experience. He spent 5 minutes with my son-did some simple reflex and movement tests (that I could’ve done myself) and determined there was nothing wrong with him. HE WAS WITH HIM FOR 5 MINUTES. That is not enough time to make a clinical decision. Dr. Safier was also dismissive of my concerns and made comments about my sons developmental issues even though he admittedly has no expertise or ability to diagnose in that area. Waste of a 2 hour drive.

Great Experience
We've had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Safier. Quite frankly he's the only doctor that has listened to our concerns about our son and has gone above and beyond for him. He's the one that's been advocating for testing etc for our son. Through our journey with our 2 year old, I haven't felt heard by any of his doctors, except with Dr. Safier. He engages with him and our son loves him too! Thank you Dr. Safier!

My son was seen by Dr. Safier with an unusual condition in the summer of 2017. Instead of trying to figure out why my son has become extremely weak and unable to walk, he told my son he was fine and was creating all his symptoms in his head. Luckily we were able to determine why my son lost his ability to walk through other doctors. Dr. Safier made my son feel as if his illness was his fault. This doctor owes my son an apology for the negative verbal comments he had said to him!!!!!!!!!
