Dr. Robert Sharpe, MD

Dr. Sharp, has kept me moving and “slowly “ grooving for about 10 yrs.

Dr. Sharpe did a total knee on me a year ago and I've never felt better.

Dr. Sharpe was very to the point, knew what actions need to be taken and was very nice and understanding

Not only did he masterfully inject cortisone (with hardly any discomfort) in both knees, he took the time to answer all of my questions about the rest of the Advent Health group. Dr. Sharpe is truly one of my favorite doctors ever!

I have never had to wait more then 3 or 4 minutes to see him once I am in his exam room. That is so important to me and can talk about anything that you have questions about

Based on his other reviews, I must have caught this doctor on a bad day. He was rude, condescending, and made me feel about an inch tall. His words have had a lasting impact on me, and not in a good way. Words matter. The worst part is, even if he knew my name he wouldn’t remember me. He would have no idea that how he treated me had such an impact. He needs to remember this is his every day, but it’s not for the patients. It should be a safe space to ask questions and bring up concerns without being met with an attitude and made to feel stupid, small or judged. Thankfully I found another doctor who was everything Dr Sharp was not, unfortunately not without consequence for delay in treatment.

I have referred Dr. Sharpe to friends who are in need of orthopedic care. In fact, I learned of him through my family who go to him. He is such a nice human being who cares about his patients. Dr. Sharpe explains procedures thoroughly and is easy to understand. His reports were emailed promptly after surgery with a written summary of each step he did during surgery. Pictures of each step were also included which he explained in detail and answered all my questions. I am a bit sad and happy that I graduated to freedom and do not need his services any longer. I have also finished my 6 month long Physical Therapy sessions. If I need orthopedic care in the future, which I know I will, I’m old, he will be the doctor I will go to and recommend highly to all ages.Thank you Dr. Sharpe!Shelly Marx

Outstanding Doctor

I had both my knees replaced four months apart. The operations went great. I am back walking pain-free. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Dr. Sharp and his staff are efficient and did not waste my time. From check in to checking out the process was smooth and efficient.

Front desk clerk having a bad morning. She was not a friendy person. Every one else was very helpful & pleasant.

Been to this doc many many years. Listened, explained, showed me on his shoulder model. Needed shot, quick with only pressure sensation. Talked. The way docs should be.

Dr. Sharpe was able to diagnose my knee pain and offer treatment immediately after viewing my X-rays. He was both professional and courteous and answered all my questions. I appreciate his excellent care!

I only waited 3 minutes from check in to be taken back to a room. Again only 2-3 min before Dr Sharp came in. Dr Sharp took the time to ask and listen. He took care of my issue and told me to call if I needed anything further. He will visit with you and make sure you are comfortable. I will never go to another orthopedic doctor.
