Visit was great - follow up was awful!
My initial visit with Dr Steele was great, I felt like he was invested in what my concerns were and willing to help me figure out what is wrong with me. After being on a heart monitor for 2 weeks and the results not showing anything, his staff basically dismissed my concerns when I told them that even though the results showed nothing, my symptoms are still intense and concerning and affecting my quality of life. His nurse actually told me "well I don't know what to tell you". I felt dismissed and to be made to feel that just because the results on paper show nothing, my symptoms mean nothing either. When I asked to have the doctor call me I was told they would put a message in and then I got another call an hour or so later to "follow up" and when I said I was waiting for the doctor to call me back I was told, well that won't happen anytime soon he is out of the office for 2 weeks. I was beyond frustrated with the way I was treated and dismissed.
