Shouldn’t be a doctor
I saw Sterling for over a year due to my recurrent pregnancy losses after having seen MCRM fertility clinic. My last consultation with Sterling was 6/9/23 where he again ordered more tests that just came back normal. He then wanted to get me on ovulation pills which I had taken in the past and still resulted in a miscarriage. I told him and he ended the visit by saying he’d call me back once he looked over my notes.I call back a week later and the assistant tells me he referred me back to the fertility clinic. A week later I get a letter stating I’m no longer a patient. 7/23 I had a new consultation with Dr Rachel Gibbs at Warren Clinic and after ordering labs, she ordered a laparoscopic surgery due to common endometriosis symptoms. She found and removed stage 4 endometriosis. Sterling is a joke for a doctor and completely dismissed my concerns and symptoms. Then I had issues with his clinic due to incorrect codes in billing and you can see my full Google review under Robert Sterling.

Love Dr Sterling! I’m an anxious person and being a first time mom has many questions and concerns. He never made me feel rushed or made me feel stupid for asking too many questions. He’s Is quick in his exams but if you need something he takes the time to sit down and talk with you. I love having an ultrasound at every appointment too.

Love Dr. Sterling! He is very nice and listens to concerns. He doesn’t pressure you into doing anything you’re uncomfortable with. I was very adamant that I didn’t want any cervical checks until 40 weeks and he was very willing to accommodate my wishes. I will definitely be going back to him for all future children! He was present for delivery and came by to check on me and baby twice.

My wife saw Dr. Sterling for our third child. At first we were impressed he has a polite demeanor and good bedside manor and his office staff was very pleasant. With that he never performed an actual exam on my wife, he chose to just use ultrasound for each appointment. Upon delivery my wife went into labor early. Dr. Sterling was of course unavailable and would not come in. His partner whom I'd never met before had to perform her c-section. Dr. Sterling saw us once after...

Dr. Sterling is a very good doctor, but his office is VERY busy and his nurse is extremely rude. I am going to switch docs because it feels like you get lost in the shuffle and he constantly had to reschedule appointments throughout my pregnancy. Again, I think he is a good doc, but customer service also goes a long ways (especially when you're pregnant) and there are plenty of other good docs out there.

I've never been treated so terrible by an office staff and nurse. Totally unprofessional. I never even got to meet the doctor, but he hired those people, so I can't respect him very much in that regard.
