What a doctor should be!!
Finally a doctor the way doctors are supposed to be! He is a listener , an explainer , patient and concerned. Very knowledgeable with the flexibility to adjust treatment to the patients needs. Thumbs up all the way around.

He now only works on Tuesday and Thursday so almost impossible to see. Cancelled my appointments twice.

I have only seen him once, but out of the three cardiologist have already seen (and who have left Albuq. or the field) Dr. Taylor was the most caring and most thorough. But Optum's Cardiology dept is no longer at Journal Center, it is at Sunport. And it is very hard to find the way to get into it. Good idea to ask the appointment setter for directions!

He is precise and thorough tells you just what he wants you to do and makes appointments to check your heart to see the problem does cardiograms in office and is very sweet

Dr. Taylor was everything the physicians at New Mexico Heart Institute have not been. He was concerned, careful, thorough, comprehensive, easy to talk with and very direct about his advice. He was clear and reached an unambiguous medical conclusion. I am a former medical school faculty member so I am able to state that he is in the top tier. I would not hesitate to refer a patient to him. At the New Mexico Heart Institute I was consistently shunted to mid level providers.

Dr Taylor is a top of the line profeasional that gives individual attention to your circumstances. He is thorough in accessing and explanation of medical issue. He makes you confident in overseeing your medical issues. Especially when it appears to be life threatening, he gives you confidence in his prognosis and answering your questions or concerns.
