My experience with Dr. Troell was very positive. Dr. Troell and his staff make you feel welcome and comfortable. My procedure went wonderfully and the results are great. I will definitely be returning to him.

I could not be more happy with my results. Dr. Troell is a genuine kind and caring person. His bedside manner is calm, warm and welcoming. He is always smiling and genuinely happy. You rarely find a physician as down to earth, personable and easy going as Dr. Troell. He treats you as if you are his only patient. He is a perfectionist, and will deliver the best possible surgical outcomes. I am absolutely thrilled with my results so far. Also His Staff are so friendly, kind, nice and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Troell for all of your cosmetic / plastic surgery needs.

I have been insecure about my top lip as it is smaller than my bottom and upon doing research I found that Dr.Troell is very knowledgeable about his work I felt very comfortable going to him for filler. He explained to me how my lip was asymmetrical and talked me through the process of what to expect. The procedure wasn’t to painful and the results were amazing by day three I noticed the changes and I can say I’m one happy patient. The staff was amazing at making me feel calm.

I would recommend Dr Troell for any cosmetic procedure.I had a Brazillin buttlift , Co2 laser on my face and fillers.I am so happy with the way it has all turned out.The staff is very friendly and helpful and Dr Troell stayed in constant contactbafter my procedures to make sure I was ok. I rotated as a medical student with Dr. Troell in 2022. I was immediately impressed with the humility shown by Dr. Troell and the friendliness of his staff. As a medical student he immediately began quizzing my medical knowledge and what stood out to me was his quick mind and attention to detail. With everything he asked he knew not only the answer, but the original source of the information. He remembers exact percentages for complications, he quickly creates multiple plans of treatment for the patient, and can consistently communicate what would be the best choice while leaving patients to decide for themselves. Dr. Troell has written many papers, book chapters about cosmetic surgery, and is a leading educator in the field, either using the most effective techniques or studying and developing his own improved approaches (which he then teaches). In advising both students and patients his knowledge and ethics are evident, I recommend him without question.

He is exceptional. After my consult, instead of his staff calling to answer my additional questions, he called himself. After my procedure he called regularly to check on me and remind me of the aftercare. His expertise and eye for how to make beautiful changes is unparalleled. The office manager, Amy, is amazing and compassionate. She goes above and beyond.

I had a horrible experience with another plastic surgeon 10 years ago that left my nose crooked and my nostrils misshapen/uneven. Ever since that horrible experience I was very nervous to see another surgeon to fix my mangled nose. I thankfully found Dr. Troell! He was extremely patient with me, answering all my questions plus calling me after hours when I still had questions. He is an absolutely star! He explained every single step of the procedure. Which after my last experience was greatly appreciated. He worked some serious magic on my nose! I had uneven, misshapen nostrils at risk of collapsing. He had to add cartilage from my ear to reshape my nostrils and add back the structure the first surgeon removed. He also decreased the slope of my nose which was a little too up turned. My nose finally looks normal! I could not be more happy with the results! I also want to say how amazing Amy, Stephanie, and Priscilla are. They also answered all of my questions.

Dr. Troell performed 3 procedures on me. I’m 55 years old and had 33 year old breast implants. My breasts were visibly uneven and sagging. I had also recently lost quite a bit of weight, resulting in a lot of extra skin on my abdomen. We decided that obviously I needed to replace the old implants. In addition, a lift was necessary to make my breasts symmetrical again. The third procedure was to do a reverse abdomen tuck. Considering my age, I was quite nervous about doing all 3 at once. Dr. Troell relieved my anxiety about the surgery. I had complete confidence in his ability and trusted any judgement call that would be necessary during the procedure. My post operative has been unbelievable. He checked on me daily, him personally, not his staff. This bedside manner meant quite a bit to me. I truly know that he cared. I couldn’t be happier with the end result. I should have done it sooner. I highly recommend Dr. Troell to anyone considering plastic surgery.

Dr. Troell and his staff are amazing! Dr. Troell was exceptionally thorough from the beginning, spending extra time with me during my free consultation. The staff called me the day before to make sure I had everything prepared for my upcoming surgery. My result was fantastic! I can finally breath out of my nose again and the annoying hump is gone! Recovery was a breeze thanks to Dr. Troell and his staff taking care of me! I'll definitely be recommending him to friends!

Dr. Troell and his staff are very caring, patient, informative and understanding. I was having my procedures done in Las Vegas over a period of three months. I was recovering in my home alone. Dr. Troell went above and beyond all expectations I had. He personally contacted me daily to check up on me. He was very much involved in my recovery process, showing genuine empathy. Dr. Toell's bedside manner is a thing of the past, and warms my heart. It is greatly appreciated. He was there for me throughout.

Dr. Troell is a perfectionist when it comes to his work. He explained everything, and I was never nervous during my procedures. His aftercare was superb, it is obvious he cares about you before, during and after your procedures. While I do not live in a state that Dr. Troell has a facility in, I am now spoiled and will gladly do the traveling for all of my future procedures as well. I couldn't be happier with my results.

Dr. Troell is wonderful. He is a true beauty “artist” and a wonderful surgeon. He really cares about his clients and is in contact with you at all times after a surgery.. Any time I had a concern he would meet me at his office even on weekends or after hours to make sure everything is fine... Just love Dr. T. ??
