I was referred to Dr Velez 18 years ago. Since that time I have found him to be a skilled, caring and compassionate dr with great bedside manners. He has performed several procedures for me and I am truly grateful for his expertise. I highly recommend him.

I met Dr. Velez as a result of needing emergency surgery. He was very thorough in explaining what he was going to do for my procedure. During the hospital rounds, he made sure I was in complete understanding of what he had done and that I k is what to expect when I was released from the hospital. The follow up visit at his office was just as pleasant of an experience. I hope I don’t have to but if anyone would ask about surgery recommendations, I would definitely suggest Dr. Velez.

I had to get my gallbladder removed and Dr Velez explained every thing that he was going to do and what I need to do after removal. He was on time for appt and surgery and his patient care and bed side manners were excellent

DR Robert Velez is the best surgeon you could find. He is with you all the way and explains the procedure in terms you can understand. He calls you to check on you and when he tells you he will take good care of you, you can believe it. Highly recommended.

Polite, smart, and genuinely wanted to help me repair my hernia. Surgery was quick and painless, scheduled follow up visit right after surgery and called to check on my pain levels during recovery. He and his staff were professional and courteous. Highly recommended!!!!

Dr. Velez, is an awesome Surgeon! This was my first time meeting him. He made me feel like we were long time friends or family. His Bedside Manner are Empackabe. He is very kind and patience with his patients. He takes his time and explain procedures to you in the most simplistist terms. He has much empathy for his patients. I highly recommend him to anyone that is required to have a procedure performed and want it done with a loving and caring spirit.
