Dr. Robert Wayment, MD

I was very fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Wayment. He is an expert in the field of kidney stone removal. I had laser lithotripsy surgery last Thursday and then had my stent removed a week later in the clinic. Dr Wayment took the time to explain the procedure and what I could expect. It was a very positive experience and he helped me feel confident that all would be well. It was the first time I’ve ever had surgery. I was impressed with Dr. Wayment and his whole surgical team. Having a stent wasn’t very fun, but I was given the needed medication to help me through the week. When I went in to get my stent out, I was super nervous. Dr Wayment and his staff were very professional and did the removal procedure very carefully. I hardly felt any pain and the stent was out in about 30 seconds. Again, I was super impressed. Dr. Wayment is brief in his communication, and is a busy man. But he was friendly and is extremely good at what he does. I feel very fortunate to have him as my Dr.

Dr. Wayment made time to speak w me on a holiday. He returned my call from the ER to help make a decision about my treatment. It was difficult to get a follow up appointment. I resorted to intern treatment with another practitioner for help but was impressed with him at his office when they fit me in after two weeks. . Which was much sooner than the two months I was originally scheduled for testing. I realize there is a high demand but patients should be aware they need to call early if possible.

Dr. Wayment was a pleasure he explained everything so you the patient can understand. Doctor completed my surgery successfully with great outcome. I recommend Dr. Wayment and his staff.

DR Wayment is a very thorough & Knowledgeable Urologist. I have IC which is very hard to manage & he takes the extra time & steps to assure I receive the best care possible for my condition.

I have never met him. A PA takes his appointments and schedules you for kidney stone break up or removal surgery. My stone moved before my scheduled surgery. He only seems to see patients on the operating table. After my stone moved, there was no follow up. No stone analysis, no 24 hour urine, nothing. I went to my regular doctor for follow up. Disappointed.

He’s been my urologist after a testicular cancer scare many years ago. He’s completed the orchiectomy and, at my request, a TURP. Whenever possible he gave me options. He possesses outstanding bedside manner and will explain things very well and patiently. I highly recommend him.
