Emergency room visit in December. Hillcrest was packed as usuall, but DOC did his best to get symptoms understood and delivered an immediate solution. This emergency room is increasingly becoming a haven for folks with no sort of financial responsibility. Basically becoming a free clinic. 90% of those patients in the emergency room [that day] live nowhere even remotely close to Mayfield Hts. They had to of passed numerous other hospitals enroute to Hillcrest. It's NOT right = NOPE

Horrible! 1. My father's doctor told him to go get admitted to the hospital there is something wrong during his afternoon appointment. 2. Different hospital system from where we started, normal provider, printed history, notes, etc. For attending provider yet Dr W still argued difficult to get records Very limited workup on Dad,claiming his issue is based on previous symptoms and spent very little time, other then to say its just an ear infection 1st Dr wouldnt someone him for admit for ear
